Personal
Dave and his wife Alice have three children; Mary-Ammielle ( age 31), Katarina (age 26) and Dominic (age 21). Dave and Alice are involved in various charitable, civic, and educational programs. Dave and Alice enjoy walking, taking hikes, and running. They have each entered and completed nine marathons. Most of all, they enjoy spending time with their family.

The Rachel May Swam Memorial Award issued by the Rochester chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) on 4/30/2008 for lifetime achievements was awarded to a member of the Rochester chapter of the NAIFA. The financial professional applied for the recognition with the winner being selected by the local association's president and past recipients of the award. Selection was based on career contributions to their industry, community, and clients. No fee was paid for the nomination, receipt, or promotion of the award.
